Each month, a new topic is announced. Members send photos related to that topic to be incorporated into a slideshow shown at the meeting. Send to Craig Hill prior to Saturday.

As you probably know, we ask for photo submissions each month
based on the given theme for that month. When submitting these
photos, please follow these guidelines:

The photos should be attached to the email, not embedded.
This is an issue especially with Mac users. If you are unsure of
how to do this, work with Craig to get the correct process. It
can be tricky but a work around has been found to work

Make sure to resize your photos:

• Make them at least 6 inches on the long side
• Make sure your resolution is at least 200 PPI
• Pictures should be less than 1024 pixels
• Images sized at 4×6 inches with 200 ppi are perfect

Please rename your photo to include your last name and a
photo number.

• Example: LastName01.jpg, LastName02.jpg, etc.
• Please make sure to send photos to Craig within required time
  period.
• Photos are due to Craig by 6 PM on the Saturday
  BEFORE the Monday meeting.

When submitting photos for the monthly assignment please remember:

• • pictures should be less than 500k
  • pictures should be less than 1024 pixels
  •  Images sized at 4X6 inches and 200 PPI resolution are perfect.  File size should be around 1 Meg.
  • Have your last name as part of the file name (hill1.jpg, hill2.jpg)
  • Send prior to Sunday please
  • send as attachments, not embedded.
